Secretary

Ryan has over 20 years of experience leading Technical Operations teams with some of the most respected streaming media, finance, and security technology companies. He is currently the Sr. Director of Product at Harness.io, providing leadership and strategy to build a product that fulfills the needs of technical customers, employees, partners, and stakeholders.

Ryan is a frequent speaker, consultant, and colleague to those in the technical operations field. As a leader, his goals focus on the opportunity to improve people, products, processes, and partnerships. In his career experience, communication and shared goals have lowered the drawbridges of impenetrable castles. The resulting relationships and experiences have led his teams to create and operate some of the most efficient tech platforms in the US.

His passion for higher education led him to found AllTeamz, a family of web and mobile apps. The experience enabled him to take on responsibilities as a product manager, system administrator, architect, developer, sales and marketing, and the sole individual responsible for customer success. As a result of the successful side project, a top 20 paid sports app, AllTeamz has helped over 200 athletes find opportunities to play baseball and softball at the collegiate level.

As the secretary at The Foundation for Pierce College, he aims to understand the school's business needs and the student body's practical needs and to enable tools, data, support, and stability for both.
